Question: I have an offer and want to make car reservetion
Answer: Please contact our staff and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

 
Question: Should I change my Cyprus car hire reservation
Answer: Please call our staff and a member of our team will be happy to help you change your reservation.
      
Question: I want to put additional extras onto my booking
Answer:  Please contact our staff for help on your booking or send a message by email with your request in making sure to include the number of your car reservation.
      
Question: I have received by email on my receipt
Answer: Please eithercontact our staff indicating the number of your car reservation or send a message indicating your reservation number and a member of our team will be happy to help. 

      
Question: I need to add flight details to my booking
Answer: Please contact our staff and we will be happy to help you change your booking or send a message by email with your flight details. Remember always the reservation number.
      
Question: How do I cancel my reservation?
Answer: To cancel your reservation, contact our staff please have your reservation done.
      
Question: Should I extend my Cyprus car rental
Answer: If you have not yet collected the vehicle - please contact a member of our team by email. If you have already collected the vehicle - can do this with the supplier locally, although this will be charged local prices may be higher than what you paid already. Sometimes it is possible for us to arrange this on your behalf so you benefit from the same daily rate you pay, so please contact our team who can look at this.

    
Question: Can I rent a car in one way direction?
Answer:  International and domestic one-way rentals are usually possible and you will find that they can be kept on line. Please note that sometimes there is a charge for rent of a direction that would normally be paid to the supplier when collecting the vehicle. If you have problems with your request on line, please contact our staff  for assistance with your reservation.
      
Question: Can the vehicle be delivered and / or received?
Answer: At selected locations this service is available - must be requested at the time of booking. There will normally be an additional charge for this service. Please note - is not usually possible deliveries or collections from private residences.

      
Question: What is the Damage Excess Refund (refund of Responsibility);
Answer: With almost all car rentals will be required to leave a security deposit on your vehicle. Car hire Cyprus offers its own product called reimbursement Responsibility (DAMAGE EXCESS REFUND) which, if purchased, then charge all or any part of your warranty. (In case of damage to the vehicle) from the supplier, you will be able to give you back this amount from us. To qualify for this amount should please send our customer service department.
